Welcome to our donation page.

It costs the Minster £3000 a week to operate. Like most historic churches, we do not receive any financial support from the Government.  We therefore rely heavily on donations from our congregation, local people and businesses, and members of the public.

Our vision is to continue to care for and develop this historic building to meet the needs of the 21st century.

Our ambition is to improve facilities within the Minster including improved lighting, staging, new education facilities and the restoration of the historic organs. We also hope to build up an endowment for our music programme.

To do all that we need your help. If you would like to make a donation, please select from one of the following options.

Standing Order

A good way to manage your giving to the church is by Standing Order – this will enable us to anticipate our income and help us manage the church’s budget.
